This machine combines bottle washing, filling and capping. It is used to fill water only. It belongs to normal pressure filling machine.

Empty bottles will be sent into this machine via air conveyor and filled bottles will be sent out via motor conveyor. Caps will be sent into the silo via cap air conveyor. If there is no bottle, it will not fill or cap. The complete action is controlled by PLC.

We also supply complete line including water treatment equipment, filling equipment, and packing equipment. We supply downstream machines like light checker, water drying blower, label sleeving machine, label thermal shrinker, inkjet coding machine, and film shrink packer.
